  • Respect and Courtesy: Treat instructors, fellow students, and staff with respect and courtesy. Avoid using offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of harassment.

  • Academic Integrity: Do not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or any dishonest behavior. Submit only your own work and give credit where it is due.

  • Participation: Attend all scheduled sessions punctually. Actively participate in classes and complete all assignments on time.

  • Communication: Use appropriate channels (email, phone, platform messages) for communication. Be clear and concise in your queries and requests.

  • Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and the necessary technical setup for online classes. Inform us promptly of any technical issues that may affect your participation.

  • Payment and Refunds: Adhere to the payment schedules and terms as agreed upon. Understand and follow the refund policy for any cancellations or disputes.

  • Content Use: Use course materials and resources solely for personal educational purposes. Do not distribute, reproduce, or share course content without permission.

  • Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help us improve our services. Report any issues or concerns promptly to our support team.

  • Privacy: Respect the privacy of other users and do not share their personal information without consent. Follow our privacy policy regarding the use of your personal data.

  • Compliance: Follow all applicable laws and regulations while using our services. Adhere to any additional rules specific to courses or programs you are enrolled in.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access to our services.

Impersonation: Impersonating another person is not permitted while using this  Platform. In this case, impersonation would mean the intention to cause confusion regarding whom the real person is by pretending to be them. This can be done by means of using names, images, documents, certificates, etc. not belonging to you or not used to identify you. 

Sharing the links of live Video classes with someone else is strictly prohibited and would result in immediate termination of that student.

Refund Policy

Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any course.

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on AP Learning STAR can be refunded within 3 business days of the date of Purchase/Payment(whichever comes earlier).

Refund Eligibility

If you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. No changes or modifications to the subscription will be allowed, and no refunds will be issued after 7 days.

Please note that the total cost of sessions conducted before the date of cancellation will be deducted from the refund amount. The total cost for these sessions will be calculated based on the per-session rate and the number of sessions conducted.

How to Request a Refund

Please note that the refunded-mount may be less than the original payment due to transaction fees and other bank charges.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

While our 7-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 7 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

Refund requests may be rejected if:

- All course content was downloaded before the refund was requested.
- Multiple courses have been purchased and refunded over an extended period, which may indicate abuse of the refund policy.
- There is a violation of our terms and conditions or user guidelines.

Dispute Resolution Policy

 

AP Learning Star is committed to providing a fair and transparent resolution process for any disputes that may arise while protecting our interests. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the steps and procedures involved in resolving disputes.

 

 Scope of the Policy

 

This Dispute Resolution Policy applies to all users of AP Learning Star’s services, including students, parents, and instructors. It covers disputes related to course content, quality of instruction, billing, refunds, and any other issues that may arise during the use of our services.

 

 Initial Resolution

 

1. Contact Customer Support:

   - If you have a dispute, your first step should be to contact our customer support team. You can reach us via email at APlearningstar@gmail.com or call us at +91 8696848947 between 10 AM to 5 PM.

   - Provide detailed information about the dispute, including relevant dates, course details, and any supporting documentation.

 

2. Initial Review:

   - Our customer support team will review your complaint and attempt to resolve it within 5 business days.

   - If additional information is needed, you may be asked to provide further details to facilitate a resolution.

 

 Escalation Process

 

1. Formal Complaint:

   - If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, you can escalate the dispute by submitting a formal complaint.

   - Send your formal complaint in writing to [Insert email address] with the subject line "Formal Complaint - [Your Name]".

 

2. Review by Management:

   - Your formal complaint will be reviewed by a member of our management team.

   - A decision will be made within 10 business days, and you will be informed of the outcome via email.

 

 Mediation and Arbitration

 

1. Mediation:

   - If the dispute remains unresolved after the management review, we may suggest mediation as a next step.

   - Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties.

   - The cost of mediation will be shared equally by both parties.

 

2. Arbitration:

   - If mediation does not lead to a resolution, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration.

   - Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Indian Law.

   - The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.

   - The cost of arbitration will be borne by the party found to be at fault, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

 

 Governing Law

 

This Dispute Resolution Policy is governed by the laws of [Insert applicable jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert location].

 

 Liability and Indemnity

- No Retaliation: AP Learning Star strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who raise disputes or complaints in good faith.

- Confidentiality: All disputes and their resolutions will be kept confidential to protect the privacy of all parties involved.
